First signs of spring?

So being the slightly hypochondriac personality that I am I was in a state of panic all weekend that I had appendicitis. I had all the symptoms, low grade fever, general pain in abdomen right around the belly button, nausea… but no bursting appendix for me. I did however have the worst migraine of my existence yesterday. So bad I couldn’t hear and I had icky splotchy vision.

So, enough of my maladies. It has been simply gorgeous outside for the last couple of days. Gorgeous enough to melt most of the snow in our front yard which has prompted us towards the decision to buy a pooper scooper. When there is a foot of snow on the ground- and new snow covering nearly every day- it is easy to let things like this… pile up.

I took the day off of work today- as my migraine from last night both prevented me from getting a good night’s rest and woke me up feeling like I was about to be revisited by last week’s tuna sandwich (I actually didn’t eat a tuna sandwich last week, but couldn’t think of any other descriptive vegetarian food to write about.)

Anyway, I am feeling much better now and am trying to clean the house. I really wish that there was a gene for cleanliness and that I could undergo gene therapy to get said gene. I am also hoping that it comes with age. Only time will tell though.

Well gotta dash. Puppy’s getting antsy and noisy.
