
Cook chicken in some olive oil. Remove from pan when cooked through and dice into bite size pieces
Saute onion and garlic in some olive oil
Drain the "top" liquid off of the beans do NOT drain and rinse. Add the beans and remaining "bean juice" to the pan with spices and green chilis. Add chicken. Bring to boil and simmer while you make corn bread.

Although this is a can and meat recipe. I am sure you could modify to make it veggie and healthier by cooking dry beans.
3 cans of white beans: garbonzo, butter, canelli, navy, etc- you decide1 small can of green chilisChicken breast (2 boneless)1/2 chopped onionGarlic2 tsp cumin- possibly more Cayenne to taste - a good shaking
